Delivery Policy & Arrival Times
At Dare a Design, we provide exceptional Web Design, SEO, Copywriting, and Link Building services. Here is our policy detailing service provision, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods.
Service Provision: Once your project is confirmed, we will grant access to your dedicated client portal. Here, you can track the progress of your project, communicate with our team, review drafts, and give feedback.
Exchange Policy: We understand that your needs may evolve. Exchanges for another service of equal value may be requested within 14 days of project confirmation. Please note that this is subject to our ability to accommodate the new service request at that time.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your service, you may do so within three days of project confirmation for a full refund. For cancellations after three days, a cancellation fee of 25% of the project cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Policy: Refunds are possible within three days of project confirmation. After the three-day period, refunds will be subject to our cancellation policy. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
